JIAM Presentation Besides exhibition booths, a special presentation corner will also be set up at JIAM 2008. At an affordable fee, you will be able to promote your products and solutions at this corner. This corner will be useful if you find it difficult to do a proper presentation at your own booth. Prerequisite for application ： Exhibitors with less than 9 exhibition booths
(81㎡).

Location ： 1 location planned for each hall (maximum 3).
Setup area ： Approx. 30㎡ per location.
Equipment setup ： Audio equipment and projector will be provided by the organizer.

    You may bring your own computer and other equipment.
Duration of presentation ： Approx. 20 minutes/session
(Interval: Approx. 10 minutes)
Schedule ： 10:30 - 16:30 daily. In blocks of 30 minutes
(15:00 on last day).
No. of presentations per exhibitor ： Once a day. Max. 4 times* during the event.
    *Date/Time of presentation will be assigned on first-come-first serve basis.
Fee ： JP¥20,000 per presentation slot*
    ^Exhibitors who apply before 30 June 2007 will receive one free presentation slot worth JP¥20,000.
