Exhibit Now! JIAM 2008 is the platform to showcase your products and services to Asia's growing markets and beyond.

Exhibition Space Fee
JP¥300,000 per booth (tax excluded)

Basic Booth
Each 9sqm booth will be provided with:
• Fascia board with company name and booth number
• Back panel
• Side panels (one side panel in case of corner booths)
(Charges for utilities will be billed separately)

1. Single booth size: 9sqm (3m x 3m)
   
2. Exhibitors renting four booths or more can choose single-row or double-row booths. Island booths are available for 12-booth space or more.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. The exhibition space fee includes the following (except for island booths):
   - Exhibit space with basic booths fittings
     (Please refer to Basic Booth for details)
   - Free invitation tickets (the number depending on the number of booths)
   - Free listings of company profile and products in the official guidebook

Booth Application
Interested? Please click here for the application form. The organiser will confirm the content of each application form and if accepted, a notification of acceptance and an invoice will be sent. Deposits are then to be made accordingly.

1st Application Deadline : 31 August 2007
Exhibitors will be required to pay 50% of the application deposit to confirm participation, with the balance 50% to be paid by 30 November 2007.

2nd Application Deadline : 30 September 2007
Exhibitors will be required to make full payment to confirm participation.

Acceptance of application will be closed when all booths are filled.
Note: Full payment is required within 30 days from the submission date of application form.

•  Moving -in: May 9 (Fri) - May 12 (Mon)
•  Moving - out: May 16 (Fri) - May 17 (Sat)

Special privileges for Pavilion & Feature Zones

• Pavilion or Feature Zones will be highlighted on official website to increase public awareness before the event.

• Participating corporations of the Pavilion and Feature Zone exhibits will be introduced on the official guidebook which will be distributed at the venue. This will promote recognition and attract visitors during the event.

• Balloons and flags will be placed at strategic locations to effectively guide visitors and media to the Pavilion and Feature Zones.
